"Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Willing is not enough - we must do".

Learning- when it is carried out properly - should feed our intellectual curiosity and make us hungry for more. A poorly executed session is a crime! It just wastes everyone's time.

We will all have stories of our school teachers - some of whom were poor but some who really excelled. What was it that they did to make a difference?

In truth there would be several factors at play: they would be excellent at communicating; passionate and engaging; but more likely than not - inspirational.

Move forward to a work environment and think back to 'presenters' who were less than inspiring and rely ed on content-rich presentations. All they achieved was a poorly realised intervention that overloaded their (already bored) participants. Where was their value-add?

Did you come to see and hear an expert or a presentation package?

But learning is so much more than just a classroom experience.

At ConsultE3 we first look at what the desired outcomes are - and then determine what should be the best approach.

We carry out a full diagnostic of the environmental situation and create an appropriate intervention that not only benefits the participant but also the business as well. After all, time is money and your employees help you make that money.

We help embed the learning required - and help make the experience and efforts more engaging by using Accelerated Learning Techniques.

Simply put it means that whatever the intervention is - classroom,
e-learning, blended - we stimulate the mind and senses, ensuring that the participant's learning style is incorporated into the design of the programme.

Fundamental to our approach we also ensure that the learning is supported after the intervention has take place. This ensures that learning is not seen as an isolated event but one that is demonstrated back in the workplace.
